Individual Therapy (Adults & Adolescents)

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling emotionally overwhelmed, individual therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Our sessions are tailored to your goals and pace—we may focus on building coping skills, understanding patterns, or working through painful experiences. Therapy helps you reconnect with your strengths, shift unhelpful thinking, and find clarity in the middle of life’s chaos.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can bring connection and support—but also conflict, misunderstanding, and emotional distance. Couples therapy helps you and your partner understand your dynamic, improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with more care and intention. Whether you’re stuck in recurring arguments or healing from a breach, therapy provides a structured, neutral space to work through it together.

Adolescent Therapy

The teen years are full of rapid emotional, social, and identity changes. Therapy gives adolescents a safe, judgment-free space to talk about what they’re going through—whether it’s school pressure, family tension, friendships, or big feelings they don’t fully understand. I work collaboratively with teens to help them build insight, emotional regulation skills, and confidence, while keeping caregivers informed and supported.
