Couples Therapy

Whether you’re stuck in recurring arguments or healing from a breach, therapy provides a structured, neutral space to work through it together.


Adolescent Therapy
The teen years are full of rapid emotional, social, and identity changes. Therapy gives adolescents a safe, judgment-free space to talk about what they’re going through—whether it’s school pressure, family tension, friendships, or big feelings they don’t fully understand. I work collaboratively with teens to help them build insight, emotional regulation skills, and confidence, while keeping caregivers informed and supported.
